01 - Interview
I Learn everything about your business, brand & Team.
We start by clarifying how removing yourself from the day-to-day operations is going to help you achieve your business and personal goals. We dig deep and get all the details about you and your ideal business and lifestyle. We also interview your team members to understand where you have operaitonal overhead and where there is an unavoidable need for your decvision making. After this stage, we will both be on the same page regarding the project timeline and how we proceed.
Duration: 2 Weeks
02 - Plan
I create the project plan and identify the bottleneck.
We go away and get our copy writer to work. We make sure the copy sounds like you and makes people want to buy from you.
After this stage you will have the copy ready! We will craft a brand story and message so you can stand out and become the most memorable expert in your niche. We will also give you a summery of your Brand interview call with copy assets about your brand that you can use on any other future project.
Duration: 2 Weeks
03 - build
We design your website and everything it needs.
Now its time for our designers to shine! We will design your website both on the back end and the front end. We also design any brand assets and set up all the automation needed.
After this stage you will have a website that will make your customers want to say "shut up and take my money". Your website is ready, your software is automated and you are ready to launch.
Duration: 4-10 Weeks
04 - Launch
We are ready to launch your fresh new website!
At this stage we walk you through your new website and teach you how to make updates. Then you have time for reviewing everything. If you are happy, we go live and start telling your audience! We make sure you are in control of your website so you can make updates yourself anytime you like. After the revisions (and you get as many as you want) then we will launch your brand new website together!

Do you work with tech and software I am already using?
YES! we work with almost all course creation platforms such as Kajabi, Techable, Podia etc. About other software your best bet is to book a call so we can have a deeper look at your tech stack. That said we work with almost all software as long as they make sense financially for what you want to achieve.
I have hard deadlines, can the projects be done in a certain timeframe ?
Our signature package spans over 7 weeks starting from the kick off call until the launch of the new website. However, we only take on a limited amount of clients at a time so make sure to book a call with us as early as possible. If we can fit you in our schedule we will also consider your specific deadlines.
