The story
Aryan Fallahi AKA Ryan, came to us with a big project for his first ever online course.
He had just finished his course, verified his idea with his existing audience and was soon ready to launch it to his audience of 40k subscribers on YouTube. He also had a email list of 10000 people which he accumulated over the years. So to say he was in dire need of a new website and a course selling system was an understatement.
Ryan had 70% of his course done but he knew sooner or later he would need to figure out his course platform, his email automation for pre-launch and launch sequences and his evergreen funnel including its design, copy and everything in between.
That said apart from some great ideas for his marketing efforts, he not only did not have the knowledge on how to do this on his own, he also did not have the time to learn all these things himself, set up complicated software or learn design and copy writing. As you see this project was a large project but we managed to do all those tasks within 8 weeks and Ryan was thrilled with the results. We still help Aryan on a retainer basis, whether it is to set up new software in his funnel, quickly create AB testing funnels or help him nail down his messaging and copy as his business naturally evolves and expands over time.
